The Canon PowerShot PICK is a compact pan tilt zoom camera designed to automatically capture candid photos and videos without manual operation. Using advanced subject and facial recognition it analyzes the scene detects people and begins shooting hands free so users can stay present in the moment while preserving natural expressions and genuine interactions as they happen.
Active pan tilt zoom tracking allows the PICK to follow action in real time by smoothly adjusting framing as people move. Intelligent face tracking can recognize and prioritize up to twelve faces using the companion app. Automatic shooting removes the need for timers or remotes while voice commands and the MiniPTZcam app provide optional hands free or remote control flexibility.
The PICK features a twelve megapixel one over two point three inch CMOS sensor that captures still photos and Full HD video at up to sixty frames per second. A built in three times optical zoom lens provides a nineteen to fifty seven millimeter equivalent range with a variable aperture. Video is recorded in MP4 format with stereo audio and saved directly to a microSD card.
Designed for portability the PowerShot PICK measures just two point two by three point two inches and weighs six ounces. A built in rechargeable battery delivers up to five hours of use and charges via USB C.
