Unlike tablets or phones with LCD/OLED screens E Ink displays use tiny physical ink capsules that rearrange to form text and images. Refreshing these ink particles ‌requires processing time‌ which can make actions like page turns or menu navigation feel slower than on conventional screens. If the customers are not satisfied they can apply for return or exchange but it cannot be regarded as a malfunction.

Our E INK color device adopts a system optimized for low power consumption and paper-like display experience which is different from the operation logic of traditional LCD/LED devices. Most mainstream apps and system operations are designed for high-refresh-rate screens leading to a slightly different and less intuitive operation experience for first-time users but this is not a defect.
